At Matur og drykkur restaurant, tradition meets innovation as our passionate chefs draw inspiration from the timeless heritage of Icelandic cuisine while infusing it with modern techniques and flavors.
Our chefs have curated a ten course tasting menu that reflects the current season and we forage wild herbs and seaweed as well as collaborate with local farmers to obtain the best ingredients.
